Shaft Loaders
Our Small Shaft Loader is designed to handle parts ranging from 3/16” to 5/8” in diameter, and from 3 ½” to 18” long. This loader can be used in a variety of applications. It can be designed with custom mounts or with a conveyor as part of an integrated feeding package. Existing equipment controls can be used, or an optional PLC based control package.

Loader
- Heavy-duty steel loader sides to withstand heavy loads and wear
- Easily adjusted elevation rails to accommodate the changing of part diameters
- Easy, no-tool adjustment for length within precision machined and ground tracks
- Durable powder coated and chemically treated surfaces to help prolong life of all components of the machine
- Pneumatic ram cylinder moves load up and down to prevent parts from binding
- Durable Hard Anodize finish
- Moving and contact components hardened to reduce wear, and prolong life
72” REMOVABLE SIDE CONVEYOR:
- 72” standard removable side conveyor with optional adjustable side guides transports parts into grinder, gauging or other secondary process
- Additional part sensor on conveyor coordinates synchronization with loader to avoid part jamming
- Conveyor easily adjusts in two axes to accommodate changing part sizes
- Attached 16 ga ss drip pan collects and returns coolant to grinder
- Removable sides allow for easy access to clean or maintain conveyor system
- Attached directly to standard 72” removable side conveyor, needing no stand
